Hello,
I have just make my first QSO with MIR (20:40 UTC)
Jean Pierre switched after too much QRM from 145,985 to 145,940
As I asked him about his "Hard job with Amateur Radio" he said to me:
"If there was more discipline on the frequency I could make 
many more connections!" 
So please HAM´s in Europe only TX if there is a CQ/QRZ,
and only the last two letters of you call.
