[sarex] Ham eqm update ~ Leaks

 Jean has moved the ham eqm back to Priroda.

 It would seem the pram batt had lost its eng. so Jean replaced this
the last time he did a "hard" reset last week.

 The leak"s" seem to do with several things -

 I. There getting ready to do a EVA and the hatch is open and leaking a bit 
 2 The gages might be off a bit that check press.

 The pram Batt went dead , so Jean has changed this out.
