Corrected STS-93 Nominal Orbital Data

The previous STS-93 Nominal Orbital Data Message had incorrect information:
The launch date and time was for the recent STS-96 mission. This
information has been corrected below to reflect the 1999-JUL-20 0436 UTC
scheduled launch time for STS-93. I regret any inconvenience this error may
have caused.
