Re: Sputnik Jr. QSL card.



Very simple:
in some counties , people from Post Offices or delivery employees
know that one can find "green stamps" inside the marked envelopps so...
As you should know , in these countries $1 represents a great
amount of money , so live is hard and radio hamming is  a hobby .
no choice !
An other advice : avoid to put nice stamps when qsl'ing anywhere
there are collectors..
