[sarex] New Robot freq RS13

Sorry if this is  the wrong forum! 

On 29.504 Mhz,  RS13 is sending

CQ CQ de RS13 QSU 145840 khz

this to me looks like the robot uplink has moved to 2m. 

Certainly no response on 21.140 up.

Unfortunately I don't have 2m cw (without borrowing equipment).

For those who want to try, I believe the correct format for uplink on cw is

RS13 de <your callsign> AR
