Greetings. 

I have the following questions: 

1) 	Does anyone know of any frequencies available FOR A LEO Microsatellite,
	in or out of amateur freqs. to carry out a SPREAD SPECTRUM
	COMMUNICATIONS experiment?

2) 	Are there any frequencies on LEO Microsatellites that are not
advertised for 	general use,  but,  reserved by the owners of the
Microsatellite, or control stations for 	their exclusive use?
