[sarex] SSTV ON @ KH6- NO ROBOT 36 IMAGES..Tech Problems

FYI @ 2313 Feb 27 1999  SSTV signals lound and clear, but not decoded at 2
Windward Oahu Locations, AH6HH, and KH6/WB6FZH....  VIS 88 locked on and
screen scanned, shoing short segmented horizontal lines, but no picture.
Signal Strength was good.
