[sarex] I Support ARISS

Roy Neal is right!  I also fully support ARISS.  It is only through
coordination that these projects will fly.  Joe Amateur may think that the
uncoordinated, one man, projects are fun for him, but, the short term fun
does not help the long term goals of global cooperation aboard the ISS.
