[sarex] mir sstv

I was able to pull down 4 very grainy images yesterday on 145.985.
2 of the images were from 27 and 39 degree passes.
I am using,  ( for my 1st time doing this )the w95sstv program and the
robot36 protocol.

I'll try it again today with a bit more amplitude.
