[sarex] Mir SSTV Status Dec 16, 1998

The MAREX-NA SSTV system on Mir, was turned on today at
17:00 utc, and has been active on 145.985 FM for the past three passes.
Since it is now after midnight on Mir, there is a good chance the crew
will leave the system on all night.
It should be possible for stations all around the world to copy SSTV
signals.
