sstv in violation

With all due respect, this sounds like sour grapes! I, for one,
appreciate the effort to get sstv on the air from mir no matter where
they transmit. What's a few days, to work out hardware and other
problems, and what better way to try the system than on a freq. where
more than just a few people will listen? You apparently didn't hear them
request direct assistance sunday morning from anybody who could hear

I agree that they need to move with all speed to the assigned freq. as
soon as possible, in the mean time give them a break. Amateur radio
activities should by their fcc direction be experimental and to the
benefit of all, and if it takes some experimenting to get them on the
air permanetly, so be it.

Respectly yours, ke4lkq, victor alger
