[sarex] Spacestation MIR SSTV

Hello,

today 1998-12-12 saturday i heared some sound like sstv on the frequenz
143.625 mhz from spacestation mir. it seemed they are testing the
SSTV-equipment with the controll-centrum in moscow. i´m wasn´t able
to start my computer and the sstvmodem quick enough to decode some
of the signals. time was 13:08 UTC and 14:40 UTC.

i think the signal was a very bit slow for sstv. the tone frequence
changes very slow.
