[sarex] Nothing heard here from RS-18 either

Hi,

I listened on the 1644 UTC pass today, with 47 degrees max
elevation, and heard nothing.  No FM signals and not even a
carrier when I switched to SSB.  I used the most recent keps.

So, I must concur that Spoutnik-41/RS-18 is gone.

It was great while it lasted; I was fortunate to have been able
to make a good tape recording of it last week.
