[sarex] Robot 36

I've just found out I don't have robot 36! So can't receive any sstv off
mir. This is serious!

I know it's been debated in the last week or so but, with misplaced
confidence,  I didn't save the details. 

Could someone please let me have the address of a downloadable
Win95/Soundblaster sstv program that handles Robot 36?

Now I know I won't be the first to hear it!
