Hello Ray and the SIG. I have also been attempting to use RS-15 for
the last 5 days or so. On an early evening pass on Nov 27 I heard my
downlink S5 ! This is the best signal I ever got from RS-15. Over the
next few days I didn't duplicate the signal I got on 11/27. I could
hear my downlink but just faintly. I will be working the early evening
passes(EST) all week. I will be around 29.380 if anyone in the
footprint from FM29pe want's to try a QSO.

Hi
Sorry if this type of message doesn't belong here, but I don't know where
else to send it.
I have recently tried to work RS-15, but have not heard anything, either
from a beacon or from my attempt at uplinking on 145.880 SSB.
Does anyone know the status of it, and whether or not it is possibly
switched off over South Africa, as is the case with AO-27?
