[sarex] Dragonfly

Dr. Dave Larsen, N6CO, got some nice press for his amateur radio
activities with Mir in Bryan Burrough's new book "Dragonfly: NASA and
the crisis aboard Mir."  There are a couple of other mentions of amateur
radio activity surrounding Mir in the book as well.
