For those that received a QSL from FR5KJ for monitoring Sputnik 40 the
following is a translation of the Russian message (One of our students
father translated this for me)
"to certify that he/she received the signal from "RS 17" placed on orbit to
commemorate the launch of satellite Sputnik 1 and the beginning of the
space era"
This certificate contains two identical texts French and Russian
