MIR Personal Message System is back on Line

Hello everyone, I am pleased to inform everyone, the Mir Personal Message
System (PMS) is
back on Line.  The Mail box and digital repeater are both operational.
I have not been able to confirm the anomaly which interrupted Mondays
School Day test, but
all systems seem to be functioning normally today.
The PMS is currently operating on 145.985 FM Simplex.
Please Note, If you hear the crew talking on voice (at any time) please
stop all packet
transmissions until the crew has completed their voice link.

I  will assume there will be a statement coming from Dave Larsen regarding
the status
of the school day test.
