MIR School Day EXTENDED

So far after 3 passes, no packets have been heard by any of the MIR
linked  ground stations during the 27 April School Day test.  Therefore
Dr. Larsen of the MIREX TEAM has authorized an extension of the test until
successful.

Schools should continue to transmit.

A single cosmonaut voice transmission was heard over Nova Scotia on the
first pass at about 1200 UTC.  Nothing since.

Currently the time is 1535 UTC
