Great idea.
A station presence signal is to be a "must" also
for the ISS, where the beacon will be able to
downlink some useful telemetry data.

I do approve also the idea of Bob WB4APR. Thanks to the 'net
we should really be able to feed APRS signals from all over
the world, especially thru Universities' Internet connections.
