[amsat-bb] ND9M Update

Hi All,

I just talked to Jim, ND9M on the cell phone.  He is planning to work the AO-51
pass tonight around 0020utc (March 1st) from the EL19/EM10 grid line in Texas.

The bird should have switched modes by then.
