Good to work you.  Apparently there was a relatively narrow window where we
could both access the uplink.  I got your call, then heard what sounded like
your being off frequency, and by the time you were back I could not access
the bird to reply.

On the next pass I worked KA9ERV with excellent signals.  The later 15:03
UTC pass was relatively low elevation, NW to SE of my QTH.  I noticed what
was probably ISS "obstacle fading" but when I had a clear shot, I was able
to get in with FAR less power than in the pass yesterday with a roughly
similar ground track, even at 1200 miles slant range.
