[amsat-bb] ISS L/V 0640 UTC pass - repeater active

Directly overhead.  Unable to transmit on uplink, so I listened for activity
only.

I did hear someone key the repeater and blow into a microphone, and someone
else said "HELLO"twice.

Finally as the ISS was near LOS, I copied partial calls of VE3?   and K3NC?
The repeater did not allow the complete callsigns to get through.
