[amsat-bb] Seychelles on sat (S79AC-Sarel)

Hi,
 
Sarel, S79AC was on AO-51 this Nigth with a very good signal  from the
Seychelles .I worked him with a good 5/5 reports ,sat was AO-51
He is using an FT-817 and an Arrow.
