[amsat-bb] AO16 alive and kicking at 1944 UTC 16 DEC

Thanks to N8MH and W4UPD for the QSO's on old faithful.  Max elevation was
20 degrees, but I had no issues with my Arrow and FT817.

Audio was extremely clear. Sure wish we could clone this bird.
