437.8 is the uplink frequency. 145.80 is the downlink for the U/v ISS crossband repeater.

OK, maybe I am sleep-deprived.  I have been reading all of the threads on
ISS, and during this morning's pass over my QTH I tuned in to the downlink
on 437.8 but did not hear a thing.  I know it is something I am doing wrong,
but not sure what.  Ideas appreciated.
