[amsat-bb] Re: ISS at 145.800 (1k2) or 145.825 (9k6)

07:49 edt (12:49utc) 39 degree pass over FL, ISS on 1200 baud on 
145.825, nothing on 145.800 and for some reason the packets were not 
decoded by UISS/AGWPE!
