[amsat-bb] AO-16 is back!

Mark, N8MH, just commanded AO-16 back on again, and it's little rest  
appears to have made the bird a lot stronger for me.

He said it's probably on it's last legs, so if you want to be some of  
the last to say goodbye on it, this might be the time.
