There is actually a piece of open-source software out there that was
similar to WiSP, I think. I found it while looking for something else a
few weeks ago and haven't done any investigation on it.
Check out PACSAT tools at http://www.qsl.net/kd2bd/ and please let me
know how you make out with it.
