[amsat-bb] Richard Garriott on ISS

Mode of passes over NA seems unpredictable.

The 17:40Z pass was just carrier until ISS was half way across NA and then
Richard came on and made a few QSO's, one with a school and another with a
VA3

I was sitting with MMSSTV monitoring when the voice TX started.

Next time I will have SatPC32ISS running along side of MMSSTV :-)
