[amsat-bb] FO-29 doppler observations

Just heard a bunch of stations on the high angle pass about 1600 UTC.

One thing I am noticing is that FO-29 downlink is 4 kc higher than expected.
I could hear my CW and SSB signals no problem, but they were higher than the
satellite programs predicted.

I did hear a bunch of SSB stations, which is great!  Did not work anyone on
this pass, though.  :(
