Re: Spanish on A0-27

It seems to me on several times I have been listening to these spanish voices that they are unauthorized stations using the uplink frequency of AO-27, in some times there is like a family chats in other times seems like some business related issues.. unfortunately is kind of difficult to locate them in order to be regulated by the authority...
