[amsat-bb] Re: IARU representation in European Union

Surely the answer here is that all your smaller clubs and organisations join (affiliate with) the one "national" representative body.
Anybody who is a member of one of the smaller organisations then automatically has a voice on the national organisation via his local club.

Democracy without changing the rules.
