[amsat-bb] grid DL99 (& maybe DL98) QRV

Hi all,

I'm going to be in DL99 and will try to be on the LEO FM birds using a HT & 
Arrow.  There is a chance I may be able to get over to DL98.  Likely times are:

	Sunday 8/24 evening
	Monday 8/25 evening
	Tuesday 8/26 morning
