[amsat-bb] OSCAR - Acronym for...?

Some Web sites state that OSCAR is an acronym for "Orbital Satellite  
Carrying Amateur Radio."

Or is it "Orbiting Satellite Carrying Amateur Radio?"

This is actually more important than it sounds...(grin)
