[amsat-bb] Delfi-C3 pass 0846 UTC over Denmark

Hi all,
The transponder frequency seems to stabilize at + 9 kHz 
for the uplink like Stefan VE4NSA observed in his e-mail.

As I have written before it can be up to + 15 kHz when it 
is just turned on - and then it goes down 2 - 3 kHz during 
the pass.
During this pass the frequency stayed at the + 9 kHz - no drift.

Only problem was a very small signal from the satellite.
Thanks for a new satellite to all at Delfts.

By the way heard G7HIA testing but very weak.
