[amsat-bb] Delfi C3 Transponder over NA report

The transponder is up and running. Nice downlink signal in SSB on the
18:20UTC pass. 

 

Still had to correct uplink frequency by almost + 9Khz. Hope for some
activity tonight.

DELFI C3, 145880, 435570,USB,LSB,REV,0,0
