[amsat-bb] data sat go-32 dowlink ssb/pkt?

hi folks, I think I may know why I am not getting the downlink, could it be 
that I have my rig on pkt? My rig has setting for lsb, usb, cw, cwr,data, 
pkt.am,fm.  Should I maybe place it on other then pkt? which one? fm maybe?
