[amsat-bb] DELFI-C3 transponder report 09:38

Hi All,

I saw the delfi-c3 command team on video from the uk amsat weekend sitting with the laptop while
the sat was on AOS. My thought: They are switching on the transponder! And yes :-)

Great signals! Sometimes Freq Modulaton on the downlink signals
