[amsat-bb] AO-51 repeaters

Hi,

The 145.880/435.150 repeater is up and working great.  Unfortunately, nobody
is using it.  I talked to myself for an entire pass, rather like mode L/S.
When 145.920/435.300 sounds like Field Day, give the other one a try.
