[amsat-bb] DO-64 heard from 9M4CAN

[sreem karini <sreemkarini@xxxxxxxxxxx>]

We heard DO-64 today but were unable to decode the telemetry downlink signal as it did not sync with the RASCAL software.
 
Can anyone please advice.
