Ron,

SATPCISS, like the supplemental programs, "inherits" all the basic data from
the Setup process in SATPC32.  I did the full install, configured SATPC32,
and SATPCISS came up fine.  There are a couple of additional options to
tweak, as is the case with most of the supplemental programs.
