[amsat-bb] ISS digi active?

Any info on whether the ISS APRS digi is active?  And is there a solid
current source of that info?  I have found some sites with general info, but
due to activities on the ISS, they seem to make changes with fair frequency.
I have a newbie who is anxiously listening on each pass, but so far nothing
hear.
