[amsat-bb] RS-30 435.215 beacon

Used CW Get by UA9OV to capture the 435.215 Morse beacon at approx 20.30 utc Monday.

Not able to get every data point but this may help:

rs30,?58,?41,sun1, ???, ab6, ? 65, xb66, ap80,?sts66,?sep0,tcon53,ema102,smb68,mrxa2,??,??,??,ibs43,usun1,?sun0,??,itxb6,itxa6.
