[amsat-bb] Yubileiny(RS30) CW 435.315/215 !!

I found CW 435.315 and 435.215 MHz accidentally by chance.
I confirmed today that Yubileiny were transmitting both of
435.315 and 435.215. I decoded 'RS30' letter both of them,
using object C, 17:39:00-18:00:00UTC, 25May2008.
