[amsat-bb] Delfi DO-64

Excellent signals from Delfi C3 ( DO-64 ) on this evenings  21.23UTC pass 
here in London.
 
No drop outs or distortion.  214 decoded packets from an IC706 with a  3 ele 
beam pointing at a single point in the sky without a rotator.
