    You can buy foreign postage stamps from Bill Plum at
<plumdx@msn.com>.Another is James E. Mackey.I don't know
his url,but you can Google it.As postal increases can
happen,be sure to send enough.Hal at <www.k4hb.com> has
info,on current foreign postage rates.
