[amsat-bb] Delfi C3: spin rate unchanged in the past 2 weeks

Dear all,

Based on my simplistic experiment of yesterday, May 12th, I would say that
after the first two weeks in space the spin rate / rotation of Delfi C3 has
not changed much (read: reduced). At least, due to the multiple variations
it's difficult for me to observe a significant change already.
