[amsat-bb] DELFI C3 data analysis

Here is some data from the (1)60 deg and (2) 8 deg morning pass

1- 968 packet decoded 
2- 950 packet decoded (a very low pass s5 to S6 signal)
    Data has been received on 145.930 Mhz science frq (antenna SWR 1:1)  all solar panels and antennas deployed
