[amsat-bb] Cute-1.7 + APD II Launch Flash Report

Dear All,

I'm Hiroki Ashida at Tokyo Institute of Technology (JQ1YCZ).
The Indian PSLV-C9 launch vehicle carrying 10 satellites including our
satellite Cute-1.7 + APD II.

PSLV-C9 was launched on schedule and successfully inject satellites into
orbit.

Our satellite uses amature radio band. The specifications are as follows:

* Uplink
	+ Command (Closed): 144MHz Band
	+ Service (Open): 1267.6MHz　GMSK 9600bps, AX.25/SRLL

* Downlink
	+ Beacon: 437.275MHz　CW, Morse, Power 100mW
	+ Telemetry: 437.475MHz　AFSK 1200bps／GMSK 9600bps,
		     AX.25/SRLL, Power 300mW
